I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Cresleigh Homes in Arizona. While our salesperson, Laura, was outstanding and did her best to assist us, everything beyond her involvement was an absolute disaster. Our home appraised for $25,000 below the contracted price, yet the builder refused to adjust the price to reflect the market value, leaving us in a frustrating and unfair position. Underwhelming home
Very beautiful homes but pricey
Nice homes and a fairly nice area next to Queen Creek wash, but the lot sizes are very small.
Homes were very nice.. But if both adults owned a vehicle, and maybe a high-school child... roads and driveways would get cluttered very quick... roads are small and houses are close together. very cluttered neighborhood, could definitely tell the builder was trying to put as many homes in as possible.
