The apartments here are expensive considering the lack of amenities (2 bedroom w/ no garage parking or laundry units was $1200). The proximity to the northway is convenient. However in my 2 years there I experienced issues with mice finding their way into the apartment through the walls, my sink backing up and flooding the kitchen, and my bathroom ceiling caving in due to water damage from upstairs.
