His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile make a real difference, and we truly appreciate his great service.
I ordered a package for my sister and it got delivered in my name that was placed in the mailroom locker. I asked them to get the package little soon for an important reason, so they went to the leasing office even though it was closing time and everybody were leaving. The staff were very kind and helpful. Ms. Kimberly, who was at the reception desk, patiently took the time to assist them. She even walked with them to the mailroom and helped retrieve the package. I am a resident of the Milano building at Crescent Village, and Elevator A has been out of service since Oct 2025 without any updates on when it will be repaired. Meanwhile, rent continues to increase, yet essential maintenance issues like fixing the elevator are not being addressed. I am currently expecting and getting close to my due date, which makes this situation especially stressful.
