I been waiting on a respond from the property manager about my application , put a holding fee . The lady checked my bank statement seen I play the lottery online and it’s called jackpot so guess she thought I won the jackpot but I send everything she asked for. I guess they not letting me move in because I play the lottery. Honestly the neighborhood looks amazing I just think they need new management. I applied months ago and never heard anything back everytime I called I was told I would receive a call back which I never did and they lost my application so many times and lied saying it was sent through. Also it's hard to get ahold of them after paying your application fee like is this just a scam to collect fees ! Is there anyway I can contact a corporate or hud.
Over the phone a lady said they were income based and work with you, then it changed to I have to make 3 times the rent. Well which one is it mam? She was not very helpful and made things unclear. Also said there was a 3 bedroom available but then said there was a waiting list with 8 people ahead of me and only 6 units available so basically there was nothing available . just rob people of 75$ for the application fee? O ok...
