It is very dirty and smells damp. We saw cockroaches on the floor during the visit. It is really shameful. The prices are unfair with this bad condition of the building. Do not even think about living in this building.

Place sucks. Doing roofing at 6 in the morning .. not letting anyone sleep at all. I guess they don't care about our sleep
I have been renting on the third floor facing the river for more than three years. I love the view, but the building is falling apart and is very poorly maintained while rent continues to increase. The boiler gets uncontrollably hot in the winter, driving the temperature in my suite up to nearly 30°C, so I have to shut off the valves completely and rely on the ambient heat from the rest of the building most days.
