Management, staff, and especially the property managers(both senior and normal) are completely unprofessional and communication is non existent. The service provided here is deplorable at best and these people are getting paid to do a job that they are not doing. They have been claiming for over 6 months that they are "waiting for apartment to be inspected" however everytime i call they dont ever answer or respond to voicemail. This place is obviously stealing and misusing money and resources intended for helping people
Trash place, my friend has a chronic disability that will cost his life yet THESE WORKS are smoking near the building. i can smell the cigarette smoke from his computer as i picked him up to stay with my home. these place needs a revamp and fire these workers. they suck.
The lady that answers the phone is not so friendly SMH
This place is a nasty place and have roaches in the room. They don't keep the building clean and there is always lights out in the building.the old white security guard lady that works there is very rude,nasty towards people and when you ask her something she gets a attitude towards you and there is people hanging out in the parking lot all the time and in a car. they look like they are on drugs and selling drugs in the parking lot and security or anyone don't do anything about it. i have been at crescent for two years and I experience some difficulties due to men stalking me all the time watching me and very weird people at times and also I feel like I don’t feel comfortable here weather it’s from individuals on the inside of cresant or the out side community do better in allowing others to be comfortable with living in cresant square.
