My first concerns were basic while taking my puppy last year for routine procedures. The vet always could get us in, but the wait times were ridiculous. Again, mildly disruptive. The real issue came with my kitty just recently. She’s had a history of UTI and I thought a simple visit with some meds would do the trick. RecommendedAfter a hard day of playing and swimming our baby started limping which got significantly worse over the next few days, we assumed a ligament tear. We called and were able to get her seen the next day (even in the midst of this COVID-19 crisis). The staff were incredibly helpful and eased our minds while our baby had to be examined without us due to the pandemic. We are so thankful for the staff and happy they are taking necessary precautions to keep themselves safe and healthy to ensure they can stay open.
RecommendedMy precious baby girl Reese is 13 yo this month, stage 4 kidney failure, rescued her at 9 months old, I highly recommend Crescent Springs animal hospital, they provide us with her sub q fluids for home treatment at a very affordable price after thorough exam and labs and I am forever grateful!!! This is our 3rd vet in 13 years, the choice is clear, I won't take her anywhere but here!!!My babies are treated like family! They get 10 stars out of 5 from me!
