I have had issues with this apartment since day one. We moved from out of state with a confirmed move-in date of April 2, but when we arrived, the unit still wasn’t ready. We had to wait two hours just to unload our belongings, with no prior communication about the delay. Later, a neighbor told us that maintenance had only started working on our unit the day before, which explains a lot. Not worth the money living in the ghetto. The bathroom upstairs flooded; water went down into the kitchen, so I reported it. It took two months to repair the ceiling. They just came and removed the ceiling, leaving a lot of mold and spiderwebs exposed. They don't care about taking care of their tenants but are real fast to send you to an attorney if you pay your rent late.

I have been living here for a year and the air conditioning has been broken for a long time. I informed the office about this, but they installed one air conditioner. The apartment consists of two rooms. This was more than a month ago, and I still go there without any response, even though my roommate is upset about not having an air conditioner in his room in the summer.

Very hard to get work orders completed very short staffed the one maintenance man Javiar does a great job once he comes had a work order for screen door screen replacement month ago finally fixed also fixed some bathroom issues !
