Jerrilyn is fantastic at what she does! She’s thoughtful and quick! She makes sure you feel like you are doing the right move. She has made my move in stress free and I never have to worry about contacting her for maintenance requests! Very happy I decided to check this place out!

I have had issues with this apartment since day one. We moved from out of state with a confirmed move-in date of April 2, but when we arrived, the unit still wasn’t ready. We had to wait two hours just to unload our belongings, with no prior communication about the delay. Later, a neighbor told us that maintenance had only started working on our unit the day before, which explains a lot. Not worth the money living in the ghetto. The bathroom upstairs flooded; water went down into the kitchen, so I reported it. It took two months to repair the ceiling. They just came and removed the ceiling, leaving a lot of mold and spiderwebs exposed. They don't care about taking care of their tenants but are real fast to send you to an attorney if you pay your rent late.
