To the new tenants, as my three-year stay comes to an end, I leave with sincere gratitude. It has been a true honor to call this place home. Thank you for your hospitality, dedication, and warmth throughout my stay.
Would absolutely not recommend living here. The tenant issues and management response have been beyond unacceptable. The environment in this complex is constant drama, excessive noise, weed smoke throughout the buildings, and a complete lack of respect for neighbors trying to peacefully live in their homes. We have 3 children and have always made an effort to be respectful of shared walls and the people around us, so dealing with this environment has been exhausting. Yes nice apartments and clean but other than two pools there isn’t anything for kids to do in the neighborhood but hey they have a dog park but no park or anything for kids to do….. so if you have kids I wouldn’t recommend moving in here
From my very first contact with Crescent Ridge, up until right now, having lived here for all of 5 days, everything has been five star. I requested information online and Stephanie called back within 5 minutes. She was amazing. Her attitude and the way she talked to me put this complex on the top of my list. We lived here for the past 4 years and we love it here, maintenance is always on point and the office staff are always helpful and creating events where we can gather and get to chill with the neighbors. Thank you all for all you do. Special shoutout to the property Manager Krista she is definitely one of the best managers and always looking out for the residents.
