I love this place.. management is very approachable, friendly and welcoming.. they work with you on everything you need.. the maintenance guy is awesome.. i would recommend this for a place to call home.. it has been mines for over 10 years
I lived here for about a year and a half while I was attending school in Henderson, I really loved this complex. Management is so kind and whenever I needed maintenance, they were quick to solve the problem. I have since returned to California but this really was a lovely place to live. It is a quiet complex and I felt safe. I would totally recommend this place.
The staff at Crescent Ridge Apartments are friendly and helpful. Savannah, Krista, and John made our move-in process simple and easy. Prompt communication and application updates were readily available. The apartment we moved into was clean and everything was in working condition. When we did have a problem after moving in, Lou from the maintenance team was quick to respond and resolved all issues rapidly.
I have lived here for over two years and for an entire year. I have been living in a mold, infested department and all the maintenance crew does is tell you to bleach it and then it’s fine but it’s not and now me and all my kids go to a pulmonologist And we’re healing our lungs. I wouldn’t move here if I were you maintenance is super negligent and the office manager gas lights residence.
