The staff at Crescent Ridge Apartments are friendly and helpful. Savannah, Krista, and John made our move-in process simple and easy. Prompt communication and application updates were readily available. The apartment we moved into was clean and everything was in working condition. When we did have a problem after moving in, Lou from the maintenance team was quick to respond and resolved all issues rapidly.
I have lived here for over two years and for an entire year. I have been living in a mold, infested department and all the maintenance crew does is tell you to bleach it and then it’s fine but it’s not and now me and all my kids go to a pulmonologist And we’re healing our lungs. I wouldn’t move here if I were you maintenance is super negligent and the office manager gas lights residence. I loved living in these apartments. They are big, nice, and clean. Its in a very quiet area which I love. There is a nice wide walking/biking trail nearby and a bus stop right next to the apartments. Covered parking available which is awesome. The staff are super nice and very easy to work with. The maintenance is also very kind, quick, and efficient. I was very surprised at how quickly I was approved for move in and they made the process extremely easy. They also made checking out way easier than other apartments I've left.... read more
Poly West, the plastic bag manufacturing company, recently expanded their plant right next to the property and the noise level became quite high especially west side of the property. The plant operates 24/7. It's clean property however.
