AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I had my boiler replaced by this company, and the experience has been beyond frustrating. Here’s what happened: 1. The plumber who came to do the work tried to pressure me into agreeing to unnecessary additional work outside of the company for a “discount.” Completely unprofessional. 2. When I contacted the company to ask when the work and inspections would be completed, they told me they didn’t even know I wanted inspections done! Extremely rude. Needed a vanity replaced and as soon as I mentioned considering keeping the current faucet, they were ready to hang up saying "Not interested".
I had a phenomenal experience with Crescent Plumbing & Drain. I had a water heater in Medford that needed to be replaced immediately. My home warranty company assigned it to Crescent. Their rates were the most competitive that I saw (as I also did my own research for competitive rates). They were available two days later but when I told them it was urgent, they squeezed me in the next morning at 7 am and completed the job the same day. I had a great experience.
