Vivo hace poco tiempo en este condominio de apartamentos, siendo cincera no me he ido antes porque por contrato debo quedarme un año , pero las condiciones de estas viviendas son pésimas, falta de higiene total en los alrededores, las alfombras de las zonas comunes y escaleras todas sucias y apestan porque además no hay ventilación en las escaleras. Was just walking my dog by this apartment complex and I couldn't believe the amount of dog shit in the yard on the way street side farthest east yard. From the building to the yard between both sidewalks is nothing but dog shit
I just moved out of this apartment complex. If you can avoid moving here. There is no parking. People are parking in the fire lanes blocking access to garages. Dirty very dirty complex. Dog poop and trash all over the place. Gas keeps going out every other week. No hot water for days. The apartment manager Rento won’t pick up for maintenance calls. Wreaked of pot, cigs, and other offensive smells. Multiple couples fighting and yelling each other at 3 in the afternoon. Couldn't get out of there fast enough...
