They need to learn how to work with insurance. If you’re going to charge clients $3-6k for procedures, the least you can do is handle the insurance part without bouncing it back to the client. There’s many other places who do this with no issues. The admin staff seem to be quite content just sitting and staring at the ceiling. Seriously, show a little courtesy, enthusiasm and willingness to help. Terribly disappointed with this place and won’t return.
Had a back tooth extracted here from Dr. Amir. Very nice man. Explained everything. And once I was frozen I didn't feel a thing. Literally in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very nice office too. Felt like I was treated like royalty.
Dear Owner: I do not know who handles your appointment inquires but they do an awful job it has now been 4 separate attempts using your website to book an appointment and NO RESPONSE. 4 times? I have never seen a business/receptionist ignore FOUR inquires. At this point I am forced to choose another establishment…
Excellent Clinical care, friendly and helpful staff. Very sensitive to nervous patients.
