Excellent care - we recently came here for two separate oral surgeries. Treatment suggested was adjusted to the patients specific needs. All staff I dealt with - call center and office staff, nurses, surgeon and anesthesiologist - were patient, friendly, helpful, professional. All went well and we even received follow up calls after the surgeries.
Had a wisdom teeth removal surgery here a week ago, Dr. Bouzid and the nurse I had were both very efficient and professional. I recovered fast without even feeling much pain afterwards
Having had the occasion to meet with Dr. Reinish in both the Richmond Hill and Aurora clinic, my experience was "first class!" The staff are incredibly welcoming and professional and Dr. Reinish is the best practitioner I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Scam artists. I saw Dr Priya over the span over months I would say, for my jaw pain. I paid hundreds for a mouth guard that did absolutely nothing— after telling her that I’ve tried a mouth guard like that before that I didn’t like (that I got for free from my dentist under insurance) but they don’t directly take insurance here so I had to pay out of pocket. She sent me to physiotherapy— which is not something someone with severe tmj should be going to, because as I know now, it will just irritate the joint and cause interna... read more
