Ugh the stupidity! Awful experience! Felt like I was on Candid Camera. I would leave less than one star if I could. The sales people cannot really be that dumb. I understand the previous BAD reviews now. The two girls I had to deal with really should have nothing to do with Jewelry, whether the sale or purchase of it or really probably any retail job that requires them to think. Highly do not recommend anyone going here, except if you want to leave upset and frustrated.
DO NOT GO! DO NOT TRUST! I posted a real review on Yelp back on 3/8/2015. Now suddenly, two months later my review and ALL NEGATIVE reviews have been pulled! Why? My guess and from what I have seen and now know is that Crescent Jewelers paid and bought AD space on Yelp and flagged all their negative reviews, so they could be pulled. This is not a place for you to take your children with. If it was not bad enough having the employee dressed as if she was selling her wares instead of jewelry, to her then not even having the smallest clue about anything to do with jewelry, she then tells me she is not a jewelry person. Then why are you working at a jewelry store, instead of some sort of club? Add to this another woman was using profanity as if it was an everyday occurrence. Better quality at lower prices than all big retailers. Plus all diamonds I looked at were GIA certified (huge Plus!). I will shop there again for anniversaries and Christmas.
