There was recently a fire that displaced hundreds of residents, yet residents have received little to no compensation or meaningful assistance. Went with a client here to apply, she had a 705 credit score, no evictions, clean back ground. She was denied for late payments to her prior apartment (eviction was filed on the 11th of the month during COVID in 2021!!! And was cancelled after payment) my client paid late however it was paid, during one of the most difficult times for our nation. She was denied due to prior civil history not being accepted.
