Do not rent from these people. I started living here in August of 2023 and unfortunately was a resident at the time of the fire in July of 2024. The behavior of the Bell Partners management during this ordeal was terrible. For a nationwide management company, their lack of preparedness for a disaster was shocking. They treated us, the victims and residents of the building, like this was our fault. There was no clear communication about the actual state of my apartment and my belongings.
