Dishonest, unprofessional and discriminatory. Tracy the office manager agreed to send my mother’s patient files after abruptly discharging her. One month later and no returned calls, emails or records. She claims that the medical direct Dr. George refuses to service my mom who lives between 2 locations, although we were assured they would accommodate this. We had the worst experience ever we have questions about medicine for my dad! We called twice! He was brought home Thursday and we had called that night and also Friday and we still didn’t hear back from them yet! My dad passed away early Sunday morning so only home 4 days and we called to say he passed and it took and hour for them to come pronounce him dead for 2 minutes!
Kathy and Annette were the Best! They were always available to answer any of my questions. They had great knowledge and compassion. Their kindness will never be forgotten. I highly recommend this company. These ladies were out of the Sumter office. Again we received EXCELLENT service!
I have dealt with several different hospices with good results. This was not one of them. Not happy with them at all!!
