The quality of nurses here is subpar at best. We finally got a really great nurse who was compassionate, caring and really listened and cared about my mom (she even brought dog treats for our little fur babies) only to find out that she was terminated. I will be finding another agency to spend our last months with. The turnover here is ridiculous. Get it together crescent!
Crescent Hospice is my #1 Pick whenever I’m asked for a reference for a Hospice company. Angelo the marketer has answered my call to speak with a family on a Sunday and has even showed up at the ER on the weekend to speak with a Patient and Family. They’ve been timely when needed, provided the BEST Care, been supportive to families. and the staff in facilities I’ve worked with.
