I have seen wonderful care with the nurses and Aides from this company. Very polite and positive. Whether at home or in a facility the employees from Crescent always act in a professional manner and are very approachable and helpful.
Absolutely wonderful experience with Crescent Hospice. Xhensila “Jenny” has been amazing to work with as a liaison — compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond for patients and families. When my mom got sick we consulted crescent hospice to consult with them about the care they could help us with. They called numerous times to see if we were ready, but we weren't quite there yet. They told us that when we were ready they would be there. I called them to let them know we were ready on Sunday, I met with Keith (who is a gem and wonderful and none of this is his fault, they told me that because my mom wasn't on medicaid they couldn't help us. You hear from a lot of people that Hospice is wonderful in your time of need. Crescent Hospice is probably the not the best. They may be short staffed, but they care givers arrive at such random times that we needed supplemental help that was much more reliable for aid. We did not get along with the nurse assigned and apparently there is no other. After hour nurse did not follow up with a prescription promised and a couple of the aides came down with Covid and could not help us some days. Now we just say we don't need the he... read more
