I am a realtor, and Crescent Homes almost always does a good job regarding construction. Where I DO have problems is the incompetent law firm they use in South Carolina, Harvey and Vallini, LLC. Unprofessional and unprepared on closing day, my clients often have to sit in the lobby for HOURS waiting for their allotted closing time. Do NOT use this law firm for a closing. Crescent needs to find a new one to improve customer service.
One of the worst decisions we have ever made. Even after reading all the comments/reviews we could, it all came down to fact that they did not deliver on what was promised/implied. Subs were left unmanaged from 5 general contractor turnovers at Crescent, which in turn, left behind a very low quality of work that is even hard to describe. We love our new Crescent home!! Melissa, Amy, and Michael were very helpful throughout the entire process. If we had a question or concern they were only a phone call away and quick with an answer. Even since we have moved in if we have a question or concern they are still there to help. I will recommend Crescent to anyone who asks!!
I would like to give a big shout out to Amy Lewis who sold me my home in Highland Park in Summerville! She has been extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful! Amy has made the home buying process seamless which has been instrumental in keeping my stress level down! She is available and prompt to respond and I really appreciate all her efforts! Thanks Amy!
