The manager here Carla Sontag is very nice but you won’t be dealing with her if you have any issues in the house you rent! The regional manager Charlynn Grace runs the show around here and she’s by far one of the most negligent managers I’ve ever unfortunately encountered. Beware she is required to give tenants of older mobile homes a federally mandated Lead Paint Disclosure Packet as many of these older homes contain lead based paint and asbestos but she seems to feel she above the law and refuses to follow the law by discl... read more
Most homes have no outside water taps and management refuses to put one in!
We actually live here and own our trailer. Extreme Prejudice all the way around. We fought for two months to get an agreement to buy the house and when we did we were told we couldn’t get it checked out or have anything fixed or it’d be another 6 months. Two months in we find out this place isn’t even livable for all year round and that the “new roofing” is actually pouring water thru our house creating mold.
