Not sure if it’s this location or not but twice now when they’ve delivered meds they well well past their time they said it would arrive. They said it would arrive at 8 Pm and right now it’s 9:15 Pm with no word on arrival. This happened last time and we needed to call to make sure it arrived. Added stress to an already stressful situation - they need to fix their delivery system. Their people are nice - organization needs to get it together for real!!
Takes forever to get anything done. Customer service staff are nice but vastly under equipped and under staffed. I have spent literally hours of my life on the phone with them. It usually takes at least 5 phone calls to get anything done. If I had a choice, I would not use their services.

No one answer the phone and no one taking care of the order , and no one check the voice mail and follow up with up .
