Zero stars if possible. Option care is playing with my girlfriends health, and because she is type 2 diabetic needing antibiotics after a toe amputation, it is not being dramatic to say they are playing with her life, thru their neglect. The 29th her line was set up with the antibiotics. A very nice nurse came out and set it up. On the 31st her line was clogged. I have been a patient here for over three years and things were fine the first two years, then 2025 till today it has been nothing but frustrating. Let me first say that the Hillcrest location is very nice and I love all the nurses. But it’s the back office where all my issues lie. For starters, last year there was a billing issue where I was being charged 3x what my infusions should be. I even have a signed contract of the correct amount. Is zero stars and option? Optioncare sucks! They never send us enough supplies and they always miss sending something. It seems impossible to get anyone on the phone to call and ask for supplies ESPECIALLY on a weekend. I wish we had another choice. Just a bunch of greedy people trying to skimp over at Optioncare Pharmacy!
Awful! Literally the worst introduction to an infusion service, but they work with TriCity hospital also, awful. Disorganized, unprepared, and ill equipped to provide staffing to provide services. I am so disappointed with my experience with both organizations.
Excellent phone communication from start to finish. Delivery driver was very nice and called in advance with an ETA, which was very much appreciated!
