She took the time to walk me through all the options available for my old wedding band and ring and answered every question I had without hesitation. Like to give a shout out to Jennifer Pothier manager of the Crescent store in Yarmouth every time I go in she’s always very friendly and helpful. She always gets what I’m looking for and she always has suggestions on what I would like when new stuff comes in. She always lets me know about events. Went to go get my engagement ring resized and asked how long it would take. The female told me 3 weeks. I asked if that was minimum, maximum or average time. She looked at me and said bluntly “3 weeks”. The associate then handed me the sizer to size myself, then asked me what fit without checking it herself.
