I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. The dentist takes time to explain every procedure clearly and ensures I understand all my options. I really appreciate how gentle and caring they are during treatments.. it makes such a big difference. I’ve been receiving excellent braces treatment for the past two months. The staff is very friendly and professional, and they always make sure I’m comfortable during every visit.
Going to a dental office, it is generally expected that it would be clean, staff would answer questions calmly and professionally, and that wait times would not be insanely long. My appointment was at 5, and we were not seen until 6. The waiting room has an old/dirty kitchen set for toddlers which I wiped down myself. They have a water machine that doesn’t work , I don’t even know why it’s in the room to begin with.
