Last week I called to see if the would see me and if they would accept the insurance my husband has me on. They scheduled my appointment and got my insurance information down . 2 days later they called me to let me know everything was a go and all good with insurance. I love the fact that they checked right away and kept base with me. Had my appointment today and it went smooth had a tooth taken out which I freaked about . I had a root canal done today. I am very pleased and happy with how i was treated. I felt no pain and staff was very nice. (Like they always are.)Both my children go there so the staff knows them well. They even let my son pick out toys even when its not his appointment. So you can say he is not scared to go see the dentist.. So thank you for all being extremely nice to me and my family... Extremely pleased and always recommend...
They stayed on the phone with the insurance even after the first approval to ensure all my son's work could get done. They have made his appointments quickly to get it all done in a timely manner. My son loves the doctor and employess...they make him feel comfortable.
Want to thank the whole entire staff for making my Daughter feel so comfortable. This is a really big deal not only for adults but especially for their children. Very friendly, very professional. We will definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Thank You, Haley and Heather
