Generally I am NOT a fan of dentists. Much like the math teachers growing up, I always seemed to get the impersonal, impatient and plain unfriendly sorts which didn't instill a lot of confidence OR inspire loyalty...The first moment I entered Crescent Dental I knew something was different. First visit with my 5yr old was GREAT. They all were patient with him and made him feel at ease. The Doctor is super nice and clearly explains what is going on. Will definately return.

Our dental hygienist was very reassuring once she took me back for x-rays and the initial exam and both her and Dr. Shahwan were extremely patient with me, checking on me every couple moments throughout the procedure itself. Not to mention the patient education. Everything from my diagnosis to the after-care was explained clearly to me and they both welcomed my questions as well.

Five out of five stars rating from me. The wait was minimal, and I was seen as scheduled. The staff were kind, courteous, and sincere. Dr. Hole and her assistant were awesome!! It had been years since my last visit to a dentist's office. I was a bit leery and intimidated by the extraction I was facing. The Dentist was reassuring and precise in the work that I had done. Crescent Dental has made me a loyal patron. My family and I will continue to make our dentist visits at Crescent Dental.

HORRIBLE STAFFING ISSUES – I've been going since 2009. I had braces put on my teeth and had them taken off WAY TOO SOON. For the last 2 years, I have had the worst time getting follow appointments. They have constant problems with staff turnover, can't keep a dentist long enough to figure out who actually works there. very friendly staff – I went to Ingram Park Family Dental because they were on my insurance. Not sure what to expect. But, I now decided to switch to them for all my work. The staff in the place were very nice and professional but also personal. Explained things simply and understandably the dentist took his time with me and wasnt in a hurry to finish and get me out of there and get to the next person. I had a routine exam at the dental office in Ingram Park Mall (next to Sears). The wait time was less than 5 mins. I went to the X-ray room first and then the dentist looked at my teeth in the examination room. She showed me the X-rays and pointed out some recommended procedures. She took her notes to the front desk for the secretary to print out prices for those procedures. I was able to afford all of them so I signed off on doing them immediately.
