People who live there are toxic or complacent management created the problem by picking their favorite. My mom life was put in jeopardy because of their recent favorite who BTW lived on the third floor and love a to bang around at 12am till 10am in the morning and of course he never got in any trouble me and mom got hate from everyone who knew for 6 years we lived there . If anyone out in Orlando ever think about moving to crescent club rethink the idea they only want your money after 5 years of no trouble they want you gone... read more

property manager has a predjudice against non-hispanics
The people on these posts don't look like senior citizens and/or disabled. These apartments are supposed to be for senior citizens (it says it on their sign). Are they living there without the apartment management knowing it? Seems to me the management there needs a refresher course on the renting guidelines. Perhaps someone should put a bee in the bonnet of the agency/authority that is underwriting the rents for the complex. Beautiful area very peaceful and quiet very well maintained. grounds are:-) always kept up nicely. Office staff and maintenance staff very professional and does a great job of maintaining the property. I love it here.
