Couldn't ask for a better Ribeye... Come to NOLA and enjoy!!!
A very good steak, cooked as it should be and finished in the broiler. The sides were amazing... the au gratin potatoes were so creamy. German potatoes were good, too. The spinach au gratin was delicious. Just a great meal. Only note of negative was that the chargrilled lobster tail was slightly over-cooked. My wife loved it, but a little dry for me. Still, a solid 4 of 5 stars.
Hadn't been here in years and years. Celebrated our daughter's birthday and the atmosphere, steaks and sides, and service were great. Our waitress, Caroline, was friendly and served us well!
First timer. Liked the old time-y decor. There were only 4 tables occupied while we were there. Waiter wrote down the order, forgot two items and even mentioned it when he brought the food. Steaks should sizzle. No sizzle. No flavor. Charged us for the item he acknowledged he forgot. Not impressed. Won't be back. Give me Charlie's!
