I'm a single guy and really don't know how to clean. After a lot of research, I chose Crescent City Cleaning for a number of reasons, but because they do laundry and wash dishes, I was sold at hello. Several companies in the book do NOT do laundry or dishes. This was a priority for me. The house is clean, laundry done, and dishes washed. It's "almost" like having mom around. I have recommended Crescent City Cleaning to several of friends and co-works. I highly recommend this cleaning company!
I have used Crescent City Cleaning for quite some time now and LOVE THE SERVICE provided. I have never had a housekeeper who has not been FRIENDLY and they have always been HONEST and HARDWORKING. My home is always cleaned to ¿my¿ specifications and I am always welcome to make my own priority list and change things around if I need it. It was last minute and the manager moved a few people around so they could get to my house. They came in and were very professional and did an awesome job. I lost a family member unexpededly and had family coming in last minute. Crescent City Cleaning did not let me down and saved me from having to dealing with my house so I could focus on helping our family heal from our loss.
This is the worst cleaning service I have ever used. I tried two of their housekeepers (one of whome was supposed to be their best) and neither one knew how to clean a house. They did not clean toilets or mirrors, did not move the garbage can or clean under furniture. They did not do dishes or even wipe off kitchen counters! They also failed to give me the full 4 hours that I paid for.
