I talked with one person who was very nice and willing to work with me. I went back in to test drive the car a second time because I was hesitant and I was confronted by 4 others who told me I was wasting my time and theirs and they could not do anything for me. I'd barely stepped out of my car. They didn't even try, just wrote it off. I've been to the bank since then, gotten preapproved, found out the value of my car was higher than I'd thought and the negative equity was not as high. Basically, did their jobs for them. Don't buy from them. They will lie and say anything they can to sell you a car. I baught a car from them 2 months ago and they told me that they had an inspection done at a dealership and it passed with flying colors. I just went for an oil change and they can't put a new oil filter on it cause the threads are damaged. I called them out on lying to me when I bought the car and they won't do anything to help fix the problem. Don't buy from them
No doubt worth the 5 star rating. They've earned it! Thank you guys for going the extra mile helping us get into an excellent affordable car and being completely open and helpful. We felt like we bought a car from friends.
