I was not familiar with the Waukegan area, and looked around a while before settling in Crescent Apartments. The property management company always replied to my inquires in a timely fashion. They are military friendly, and the apartment was clean. It was a little dated but priced right! My neighbors were very quiet and friendly. The building was very secure, and I could not have asked for a better place to call home.
