Ambience, food and service were excellent! My new favorite restaurant!
We had an amazing Valentine's Day dinner. Fabulous bouillabaisse with perfectly tender shrimp, scallops and ½ lobster tail. ! I hope it shows up on one of their special event menus again.
We dined here last evening for the first time. This was absolutely the best food we have had in any restaurant anywhere in the greater Lansing area. The menu is fun and distinctive, the portions are generous, the food is good, and the service was excellent. Thank you for a really good and affordable dining experience.

Fabulous food, excellent service and wonderful wine selection. Unique interpretation of Creole food. Sharing dishes is recommended and encouraged. Return visit imminent.
Tried it for the first time today, and was generally pleased. The atmosphere is pleasantly casual and the food (today, bananas foster crepes and cheddar grits) and coffee were exquisite. My server was polite, friendly, an attentive. My only major gripe was the amount of time it took for my food to be ready. For the price the food was above average. With reservations we still were not seated till 15 min after. Our appetizers were good and prompt however we did not receive our main course for 65 min after we ordered. We were not even informed that the kitchen was behind, no apologies from management other than our waitress. This was a Saturday night with a 8:15 pm reservation. Most likely will not go back with restaurants like Capitol Prime, Knight Cap and Troppo which have always been great experiences

I was just in New Orleans so this was something I was excited to visit. The eggs Benedict that I had was probably the best eggs Benedict I've ever had. And the rosemary cream drink I had was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The binyets are straight from New Orleans. At least that's what they taste like... Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.
