My car was overheating. Took it in to the Crenwelge service department. They replaced my radiator as quickly as possible. They did a great job and my vehicle is doing great. Many thanks for all of their help.
They are always very nice and polite. They tell you when to be there and tell you right away whether your vehicle will be ready quickly or if it might take overnight. Which gives me time to call my daughter to pick me up and take me home and bring me back the next morning. When I got there, my car was ready. This the best dealership I've ever been to! I was in search for a new Tundra and the dealerships along 35 we're more focused on up selling rather than anything else! Not the case at Crenwelge, my sales rep Cole was 6 stars! Transparency and honesty are the 2 words I would use to describe them! I'm definitely coming back!
