Service department is one of the very best I’ve been to in my 74 years. From Bryan to the lady in Service ( forgot her name) all are professional and including the mechanics very courteous including the mechanic who took time to explain some of the procedures on my new RAM 3500 Dually. They are always very nice and polite. They tell you when to be there and tell you right away whether your vehicle will be ready quickly or if it might take overnight. Which gives me time to call my daughter to pick me up and take me home and bring me back the next morning. When I got there, my car was ready. I drove off and all of a sudden realized that one of the things I had requested had not been done. So I took it back and they immediately got to work on it and it was quickly fixed.
