I took my vehicle in to Crenwelge Dodge to see if there were any active recalls concerning a side sliding door for my grand caravan and the service manager said he ran my VIN and "there are no recalls". I went home to think about leaving the van to get it fixed and decided to check recalls on the computer myself. There in fact were no "active recalls" for the sliding door but there was in fact an active warranty extension for the sliding door, highlighted! Service disappointing. Didn't do what I had requested and missed an obvious service need and now I have to take the truck back in. This is something that a service inspection should have easily found.
