I’ve had a positive experience with the staff at this office overall. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been pleasant, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Corey Cook was very different. His communication came across as dismissive, sarcastic, and unnecessarily condescending while I was simply trying to answer his questions and explain my concerns.
