Ordered a part on August 25. Now September 11. Part still has not shipped. I have tried for 2 weeks to reach them multiple times by website chat, email, telephone, and voicemail with no response.
Ordered a parts that was instock. Got confirmation email stating that it will be shipped out soon a month goes by and absolutely nothing from them on my item so I reach out through email and there text app and no response. I reach out 4 more times and still nothing now it’s has been almost 2 months and I check the order link and it states I have been refunded with no explanation or even a response about my order. Very bad business no customer support. Buyers beware !!!!!!!!!! 0 out of 10 IMO
Ordered oil april 8th still haven't got it
I’ve ordered a part on 7/16, it’s 7/24 as I’m writing this, I received about two emails from them with confirmation and tracking. The tracking link leads to some random app and is still to this day awaiting ETA. I’ve put my info for them to reach out to me via phone call and email. Nothing. I’ve emailed them directly. Nothing. My part said it was in stock. But I haven’t heard from these guys AT ALL since I’ve made my purchase. Wish I would have seen the reviews prior to making my purchase. Been over a week and my part hasn’t shipped. Have sent 3 emails and got 0 responses back. They obviously allow you to order, take your money, and expect for you to just take the loss. Stay away from this vendor/online shop! It’s clearly a scam
