Creation Options is awesome. Jim answered every question I had. I felt very comfortable. And when you call there they pick up by the third ring. I'm certainly not use to that living in Florida. I'm so glad my other was in there hands. They're great.
When my wife died I looked for a low cost cremation. I talked someone at a funeral home that was the lowest price I found. I also talked with Jim at Cremation Options. Based on price, I was going to go with the funeral home. I even went there to have them do it, but the person I needed to talk with was not there. I was looking for price but I began to think about the attitude of the people I talked with. Cremation Options was superior in compassion and helpfulness. I wasn’t treated like just another customer.
