I definitely recommend Creitz
Old school garage. I love the service I get here. They know their stuff and are straight shooters.
Short version: I was lied to. They replaced a month old battery with one 20 dollars cheaper than the one I bought. Refused to give me a real receipt for the parts or the old ones back. Did I mention lies? Probably added 500+ in unneeded parts(still being investigated by an actual mechanic) more lies. “I’m not a mechanic” but this is the most unprofessional outfit I’ve ever seen in my life. the owner is very eragant "thinks he knows everything" the guy up front is okay ...... their diagnosis guy couldn't fix a car let alone his own problems . I've had my breaks done twice with them and had to go back with in 2 months to get new pads . the oil changes are way to expensive and not worth the money but the young man doing them is nice and did greet me . but he isn't the fastest at his job .
I really appreciate having an auto repair shop I can trust. They always go above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys!

Creitz is the only place I take my automobiles to be professionally repaired at a fair price. You get what you pay for. They guarantee all their work too. The Creitz boys are the best in Tulsa.
