I worked for Dr. Creisher for approx. 10 years ... when he lived in Massachusetts... not only is he an excellent dentist but a wonderful boss.He truly cares about each and everyone of his patients and his staff ......he is by far one of the most compassionate men I have ever met....your children are in the hands of the very best .... without a doubt.....

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
