I had an afternoon appointment, which I understand might not be the ideal time, as providers can sometimes be less attentive later in the day. Unfortunately, I felt the provider didn’t genuinely listen to my concerns and came across as dismissive. It was clear they hadn’t reviewed my records beforehand, and the visit felt rushed.
