I can’t say enough good things about this office. The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly, the doctors are wonderful, and the techs are amazing as well. You can tell everyone knows what they are doing and really loves animals. The office is always very clean, which is something you can’t say about a lot of other vet offices. Dr. Jensen and Dr. Castillo have been phenomenal with my dogs. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for my dogs sets them apart from any other Veterinarian I have ever encountered. I have used Banfield in the past— do not recommend. You’re another number on their roster and they overbook their schedules which directly impacts the quality of care your animal receives. Went for acupuncture on my 12 yr old Boxer for his TMJ and back issues. Staff is extremely nice & caring.
Creekwood staff were very helpful and accommodating in suggesting I drop our dog off to be worked in for a much needed appointment.
