Dr. Lawrence is amazing! I’ve been to several competent veterinary offices over the years, but I’ve never felt as genuinely cared for—or felt that my pet’s well-being was cared about—as I did today. This is a follow up from 2 weeks ago when they told us our Golden Retriever had “arthritis and just needed pain medicine.” We called the next day 2 hours before they closed after our dog went downhill and we were told they would “try” to call us back. We never got a call back still to this day. We ended up taking him to the ER where he died that afternoon, 24 hours after we were told he had “arthritis”. Our family has used Creekwood for many years and our pets have always received the best care and attention from the veterinary staff and crew.
Shameful. Took our dog in on Friday, charged us $500 to draw blood and give a pain med for "arthritis" which made him worse. When we called 2 hours before closing on Saturday, they said they will "try" to call us back. Never heard a word. They will take your money but could not care less about your animal. Taking him to the ER now because they left us out to dry. Never again, this used to be a great vet but not sure what has happened over the years, service has gone down and price has skyrocketed.
