worst place ever!! only reason they get these 5 star reviews each month is because they bribe their residents with a free pizza if you leave a review. I lived here almost a year and had to move out early due to a domestic issue. I used a provision in the law to edit my lease without having to pay them 2 extra months of rent to them to get out of my lease. they retaliated against me because they weren't able to get their 2 months of rent money from me by making up a false story that I made tens of patches on the wall so they ... read more

Tchai 'n me have lived here for almost 7 months. All the below info is still true. Also, they do proactive maintenance: we did not lose power during the blizzard, and our pipes did not freeze. We lost power for 15 minuyes during the day in last summer's hurricane, but that's an Entergy issue. Our neighbors are friendly but mind their own business. Management is great!
