I am so thankful my mother was able to move in time before her health worsened. This apartment has a SEVERE BLACK MOLD problem. My mother had to seek numerous drs for ailments before she recently realized what was the root (MOLD). She put in several maintenance requests that were left unattended to for months. No smoke detector. Bug infestations. BLACK MOLD. She is an elderly 74 year old woman. Very kind and responsive office staff. The community is generally calm and quiet and complex kept clean.
I have lived here since 2019. As a handi-capible person, I face a variety of additional challenges. The staff here have ALWAYS been more than accommodating to me and always with a smile. Danni, Desiree, Nathan, Cody and Jared are wonderful and make living here a joy for me. I recommend Creekwood North!
