I lived in Creekwood for a year and seven months they’re full of promises that they don’t Kate I was told when I first moved in I could have an open concept of part one one one came off me which I did not which was OK now they’re wanting to charge me up $10 million and it’s $1000 because I put it 30 days that I’m going to be supposedly there and I already told them I would not be there 30 days I work all the time and I’m by myself and I’m trying to have trying to move the same time
It is a state law that apartments this size have a cleaning staff. There is only one maintenance person who must divide his time between two other Related facilities.
After moving in, I discovered BEDBUGS were in the building. The management company, Related are not in compliance with HUD guidelines. There was a stabbing incident on February 8, 2020 in my hallway. The management company refuses to put security cameras in our hallways. They have no fire evacuation plan for a building for seniors and persons with disabilities. CREEKWOOD has rules on paper but doesn’t follow them. No smoking building but they are smoking in the building in their apartments. Supposedly residents are to park in lot only. That’s not happing either. We the residents have to park on the street because can’t find a parking place and we are a resident! Good Luck if you plan on moving in here. I’ve had packages stolen at my door that belong to me! Their are sticky fingers that can’t leave other people’s stuff alone! I suggest you think about moving in. The company does not... read more

RecommendedI have been living here for going on four years now. The management is friendly as well as helpful. The residents even though of varied personalities are great to be around. There are those who can be a little troublesome, but you find that everywhere. Problems are solved in a reasonable time. We have a variety of activities including bible studies and residents that play the piano and the guitar at times. We have a bus that comes to take people shopping, to the doctor or other places.
There is drama wherever you live, just need to find out who to listen to and who not to. I have made many new friends here and although it isn't like living in ur own home, it is an ok place to be.
The apartment complex is made up of diversified people just like any community would be. The rent is reasonable, the staff friendly, the location close to everything you may need to get to. There is also a bus system that comes to the door to pick you up for whatever you need to go to.
