Juan was an incredible landlord for the time I had him. The only issue we ever faced was someone getting into a fight and someone having a gun in their back pocket right before my ex got home in his cars spot, and people do NOT clean up after their gd dogs at all. I don't recall ever having mold, no bugs, you'd get an occasional spider and gnats at the worst but that's anywhere. Not a good place to live the maintenance will tell you go by stuff for your apartment when it is suppose to come with your apartment like to Cobb job any thing they do. Other tenets vehicles can leaks gas all over parking lot when my kids play out side what if someone's cigarette blows in wind then catches because of that gas leak the smell walking my kids to play ground is terrible who's ever vehicle that is should be ashamed of their shelfs and the office should be required to make them get rid of it the office should care... read more

There are many mothers in these apartments who treat their young children like toys, while they are locked in their apartments and the children are left unsupervised. Management should issue a warning, as it seems the parents do not understand that a minor needs supervision.
