There are many mothers in these apartments who treat their young children like toys, while they are locked in their apartments and the children are left unsupervised. Management should issue a warning, as it seems the parents do not understand that a minor needs supervision.
Use to live in creekwood Watertown NY back in 2013 brand new apartments while there they were building more in the process as well I say it's actually peaceful there better than a apartment building in Watertown and the town is decently close but a bit more of the outside of Watertown and if you looking for your kid to start school while living in that area your kid would go to Watertown North Elementary school and school bus ride will be provided where certain other areas dont
