RecommendedThey have the best staff. Took my dog, Milo, in immediately as a new patient when my son accidentally slammed his tail in the door. Really took care of me when I had to put my dog, Scruffy, to sleep. Made an emotional experience so much easier to get through. I love Creekwood!!!
Dr. Jeff and Dr. Allen have taken such great care of my dog Tessa!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They answer all of my questions and make sure Tessa is well taken care of as well! I drive all the way from Millstadt to go to Creekwood they are that awesome!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO TAKE YOUR PET. ZERO I MEAN ZERO COMPASSION, PEOPLE SKILLS AT AN ALL TIME LOW. MY DAUGHTER TOOK HER BABY BOY THERE FOR CARE. AFTER 2 NEGATIVE PARVO TESTS (APPROXIMATELY $200.00). THEY STILL TRIED TO BULLY HER INTO THEN KEEPING THE DOG AND TREATING IT FOR SOMETHING THAT 2 TESTS HAD PROVED NEGATIVE. THE COST OF THIS WOULD OF BEEN IN THE THOUSANDS. AND THEY COULDN'T SAY IF HE WOULD MAKE IT. A friends puppy was very ill, and had to be put down today. They not only couldn't tell her what was wrong after $200 in tests, but then as she made the hard decision someone at the desk told her she couldn't have a chair to sit in while she waited, yelled at her to stay in the room she was in which was really an office multiple people walked in and out of during this day. When told she was being insensitive she argued back multiple times. Won't ever be back.
Had a really bad time with my receptionist today. Just plain rude to the dog who's sick and the owner. I'm not recommending this to anyone
