We adopted two German Shepherds a month ago. Dr. Jeff said the female needed a lot of teeth pulled. She had them pulled this past Monday, and now she is a different dog! Thank you so much, Dr. Jeff! Her quality of life has improved tremendously! We are so grateful!!
My Dachshund, Nellie, was sick. Tried her regular vet, the ER, and Horseshoe Lake. No one could get her in. Brought her to Creekwood without calling and just prayed they would take her. They did, without question and got her right in. Eternally grateful for their compassion in Nellie’s time of need.
Make you feel that you care. Because Jeffery just wanted to close on time and sent me to a 24 hr place which I really wish that I would have went to in the first place. He said that my cat needed surgery which was a lie. He just didnt want to mess with cleaner her up because she was impacted with poop. Not what he said. He said that her colon was pertruding out her butt and that she needed surgery. What a joke. He charged me $353 for 3 xrays and a blood test. Thats all he did. Didnt do anything for her. Great staff. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were talking about. I really liked that the receptionist repeated everything that happened and what i was receiving and how to give charlie the medication once again even though the vet told me before i got her. I didn't feel rushed and they didn't rush to get things done either. Charlie and I highly recommend.
