Strong application criteria for a lease offer from FPI Management, run by Asset Living Corporation, for the owners Tilden Properties. That somehow processed OK for me. Useless single pane windows, no property taxes, & no huge HOA fee. My lease agreement base-rent amount ..... has been "Flat" for 3 years now. What does change are amenity & utilities fees that adds about $200. / mo more. Even w/ the stupid management & living issues, I'm better off renting at The Lenox. Detailed unit map pics seem helpful.
