This practice is more focused on upselling Invisalign than treating real dental issues. My previous and new dentists agree that my teeth don't need Invisalign, which should be obvious to anyone looking at them. Yet, this place bombarded me with calls, texts, and emails pushing a "great deal." On top of the aggressive sales tactics, the dentist was the clumsiest I have ever experienced. It seems they are desperate for patients and trying to force revenue wherever they can.
Madison Valenzuela is the Best Dental Hygienist I have ever seen!! She is gentle and thorough.
I have been to this dental office lots over the past 6 months. Almost 6 months ago I came in for the first time for my first teeth cleaning/X-rays since who knows how long and was terrified as I have a fear of dentists. I told them that I was very nervous about being there and they were so kind and gentle to me about everything. This place is overcharging people. They're double dipping. Because they cannot figure out how to do the math with the insurance company. So once you get home in a couple of weeks later you get a bill that they were supposed to build the insurance with and it got denied. Because they are too stupid to figure out how to do the math. You have to pay the insurance part too. If you want to pay more. Sure go ahead and see these people.
