Me and my wife have been to Creekview Dental Care for dental check ups, cleaning sessions, dental emergencies to sudden pain etc. We’ve had a great experience in all our visits. The staff here are very friendly and make sure you’re comfortable during our vists. The technicians and doctors are very knowledgeable. They were able to precisely diagnose my problem (abscessed tooth), accommodate an emergency appointment early in the morning and address it right away. Everyone at Creekview Dental in Leander was super friendly and professional. Dr. Shada took the time to explain everything carefully, and Fiona is possibly the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. Thank you again for taking care of my gums and teeth!
Had crowns ordered over 2 months ago and still no updates. Temporary crown has fallen off twice and I had to come in each time. I’ve called 4 times in the last two weeks and keep getting told “we’ll call you in 2 days max” — no one ever does. Even asked for a manager and still no call back.
Going to Creekview was a pleasant experience because of the staff and the dentist. They were proffesional but very nice. Creekview is the answer to getting your teeth worked on. Dido on what my wife has said. And I would like to add the staff and dentist were very polite and they were pros. Thank you Creekview.
I love my dentist, Dr. Parmida Shamsaifar, DDS. She’s so bubbly and you will hear her sing along to the background music ♥️. Staffs were nice, and the place is very clean. Highly recommended.
