I echo the previous reviewer. When the appraiser arrived he asked us what number we were looking for. Should have taking him up on that offer.
Since I can't give this company a 0 (zero) star review....This company comes into my home after I have accepted an offer, tells me how great the house is and how nice the remodel looked then "tanks" the value by appraising my house for less than what I paid for it. Home values have done nothing but increase and he valued my house for $15000 less than asking. I have 2 old appraisals less than 2 years old that shows this company is wrong!
