I’m going to give it a two because I lived here two times. My first experience was amazing same management. I left because my father passed and I went back home. I came back to the same people so I assumed it would be fine again. WORST MISTAKE EVER! It started with my AC unit, it never got cold no matter what temperature I put it on it was finally fixed after so many requests which I hate putting in. I really had to leave this review because it’s very important for people to know that I give 80% of the credit to the way I was treated on my first day. Roxana is such a pleasant, understanding person who helps a lot. She showed me the apartment, gave me plenty of advice, and most importantly, made me feel at home.
