Creekstone Homes are well built homes and definitely some of the most attractive plans out there... value for money, admittedly they had issues with getting the final touches done, ie: bathroom mirrors, shower doors, touch up paint but after we contacted them everything was done and we are happy!
Very disappointed with Creekstone Homes. I bought a home in Firestone and the experience after closing has been horrible. They completely ignore warranty requests and don’t take responsibility for issues that should be covered. I’ve reached out multiple times and still nothing has been resolved. Poor communication, zero follow-through, and no respect for the homeowner. I regret buying from them — would not recommend Creekstone to anyone.
Nice designs, bad follow-up on function of home. 126 days ago, Creekstone (via Darcy's email) said they'd fix everything up to our liking after closing and pressured us to close fast. We're still waiting for: (1) A window broken during construction, replacement promised 6/2022 and not delivered by 11/2022; (2) An incorrect countertop installed reported 7/2022 and not fixed as of 11/2022; (3) Stucco work that was slapdash reported 7/2022 and not fixed as of 11/2022; (4) Doors throughout the home that do not align with their d... read more
