No security. Cars get broken into regularly. We pay for pest control monthly but they've only come twice. Bugs, especially brown recluses, are getting worse. It always smells like weed in the air conditioning vents. Only one pool is open. They are overpriced and the updated apartments are nothing to brag about. Oh...and I got threatened with a lawsuit and eviction for starting a fb group page for the neighborhood. RecommendedI've been here for about a month now. and love it. The staff are so nice! I absolutely love the layout of my apartment! Really cool location. Priced well. And they even have a volleyball court y'all! Live here!
been here for 2 months and so far it has been a great experience. love the staff and my apartment. the only thinks will be the appliances which need to be updated.
I lived at creekstone back before the flood in 2009 and when I moved back to Nashville it was the first place I checked out! It’s older but the staff is amazing and friendly and you can’t beat wood burning fire places and vaulted ceilings! Happy to be back home!
The lady at the front desk (I believe her name is Lauren) is very sweet and very helpful! We recently moved to Tennessee from Alabama and we're not able to look at the complex before moving. Lauren was nice enough to send us plenty of pictures and answer any questions or concerns we had.
it’s always something with them, infestation, turning off the water (without notice), ignorant staff that won’t answer the phone, the list goes on forever - it’s just not worth it. counting down till my move out date so i never have to come back to this hell hole again 🤗
Dangerous Recluse Spider Infestation, Terrible Maintenance, and Management Response New management came in about 6 months ago and we were excited because everything appeared positive. However we've been terribly disappointed. When you speak with them they tell you exactly what you want to hear but there is no follow up action. It took 3 weeks for someone to attend to a leak in the unit which stemmed from a cracked tub in the unit upstairs that was never fixed appropriately even though the tenant had reported it.
